Accessibility
We want every visitor to be able to use this site. Here's the standard we aim for and how to reach us if something is in your way.

Our commitment
MedBillPartner, Inc. wants medbillpartner.com to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or magnification. Accessibility is treated as part of how the site is built, not an afterthought.
The standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines, published by the W3C, are the widely accepted benchmark for making websites usable by people with disabilities. We don't claim a formal certification; we treat WCAG as the working target for every page we publish.
What is in place today
The site is built with semantic HTML, a logical heading structure, and named landmarks, so assistive technology can understand and navigate each page. Every page carries a skip-to-content link. Navigation works with a keyboard. Informative images carry text alternatives. Text uses relative sizing and the layout responds to zoom and small screens. Animations respect your system's reduced-motion preference. Forms label their fields and describe errors in plain language.
Known limitations
Some things we link to are outside our control. Links to third-party sites, such as mapping and review platforms, lead to pages that may not meet the same standard. If we publish documents produced outside this site, they may not yet be fully accessible; ask us and we'll provide the content in a form that works for you.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is reviewed as the site changes. New pages are held to the same target before they are published, and reported issues are fixed rather than logged and forgotten.
